• Your selected service, practitioner preference, preferred appointment times and session format.
• Brief practical information you choose to include in a booking or enquiry.
• Payment status, transaction references and billing records. We do not receive or store your complete card details.
• Communications with our team and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website.

Please do not place detailed clinical, medical or emergency information in a website booking form or WhatsApp message. Information created during professional care is handled separately under the applicable practitioner’s ethical, professional and legal duties.

3. Why we use your information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, match clients with an appropriate practitioner, process bookings and payments, confirm appointments, deliver services, maintain lawful business records, protect our systems and meet legal or professional obligations.

Where the law requires consent, you may withdraw that consent. This will not affect processing that took place lawfully before withdrawal.

4. Who may receive your information

We may share only the information reasonably necessary with the selected or assigned practitioner and with trusted providers that support our operations, including Yoco for payment processing, Google Workspace for business communication and scheduling, and our website infrastructure providers.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, professional duty, a lawful authority or a serious safety concern.

5. International processing

Some service providers or online practitioners may process information outside South Africa. Where cross-border processing occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient is subject to appropriate privacy and security protections.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for a longer period where law, accounting requirements or professional obligations require it. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, destroy or de-identify it.
